Return/Refund Policy

Returns:

To be eligible for a return product must be purchased directly from Salt City Golf within 14 days of delivery date, un-opened in the original packaging, in 100% re-sellable condition, and have direct approval from one of our representatives.

To start the return process please contact us directly with your name, order number, product information, and reason for return.

Ineligible items:

Custom items under no circumstances(including laser engraving, stamping, paint fill, etc.)

Special order items(items that are not regularly stocked)

Discontinued or closeout sale items.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection confirming the return conditions a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective items:

In the event you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately. A representative will provide you with a resolution.
